How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select SpottedCancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, scan history, matches, and any stored photos immediately. It can't be undone.

How do the search results work?

Spotted searches public web sources for images matching the photo you submit. Results are drawn from third-party public sources and are provided for informational purposes only — a match, or the absence of one, isn't proof of anyone's identity or intentions. Always trust your instincts and take normal safety precautions.

What happens to the photos I upload?

Uploaded photos are stored only as long as needed to run your search and are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days. We never sell your photos or use them to build a facial-recognition database. See our Privacy Policy for details.
